The potted (wax-soaked) Pure Vintage '59 single-coil Stratocaster pickups are faithfully reproduced to period specifications, from the Formvar-coated coil wire to the cloth-covered output wire, fiber bobbins, and Alnico 5 magnets.

The thick, Soft V-neck profile is perfect for chording, and the 9.5-inch-radius fingerboard delivers modern playability. Other features include vintage-tall frets, the original body radius, vintage-style hardware including a six-point synchronized tremolo bridge, a vintage-style hard case, and a lacquer finish that offers superb tone and beautiful patina, all while retaining the playability demanded by modern players.

*As for the condition, there are no dents or other damage to the frets, and about 80% of them remain, and there is also sufficient clearance for the truss rod.
The electrical system is in good condition, but there are some light scratches on the body and traces of a sticker that was there when the guitar was new due to sun damage to the pickguard.
