Exclusively in the case of if the product is incorrect, damaged, and defective, please contact us within 3 days from receiving the product. Please do not discard any of the packaging, manuals and all items that you received with the product. For any other reason, we do not accept returns and cancellation.
We do not accept cancellations due to customer reasons after the order has been completed.
ATTENTION
If the product is returned to us for any reason, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. If the buyer has completed payment and does not agree to this policy, please be sure to contact us and cancel the order before shipping. If the buyer does not contact us, we will assume that the buyer has agreed to this clause and will process the order as usual. Full refunds will not be given after shipping (refunds after shipping will be the amount minus a portion of the shipping costs).
