Q. How long does it take to receive a response to my inquiry?
A. We usually reply within 1–2 days. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. Credit Cards, Shop Pay, PayPal. For orders over 1,000,000 JPY, please use Shop Pay or, for PayPal, we will advise next steps by email, so please contact us from below. For your safety, orders placed with PayPal will only be shipped to the address registered in your PayPal account.

Shipping & Customs

Q. How are orders shipped and are there extra fees?
A. We ship by FedEx with full-value insurance against loss or damage. An overseas handling fee is added to the product price and shipping.
Q. Do I have to pay duties or taxes on arrival?
A. We do not charge Japanese consumption tax for international orders. Import duty and local taxes, if any, are paid by the receiver.

Q. Can you use a carrier other than FedEx, such as DHL?
A. No. We currently ship only via FedEx.

A. No. The displayed shipping cost is fixed and cannot be discounted.

Q. Is the product warranty valid outside Japan?
A. No. Our warranty is valid only in Japan.
Q. Will your electrical products work in my country?
A. Products are designed for Japan’s 100V standard. They may not operate correctly or safely on other voltages. Please check before purchase.
Q. How can I check a product’s condition?
A. Please review the photos and the condition rank on the product page.
Q. I need detailed photos of the product and accessories. Can you provide them?
A. Yes. If you need images beyond those on the product page, contact us from below and tell us what to shoot. We will take the photos and follow up by email.
