*Shipping

We are shipping by FedEx with full value insured for the shipping damage and lost.

*Tax and Duty

Japanese consumption tax is not required for international shopping.
However you may be required to pay duty and tax when receiving your items in your country. You must pay all these duty and tax as receiver and we do not cover any of them. If you would like to know it before placing order, please ask your local custom office for details.

*Warranty

Please note the warranty of our products is valid only in Japan.

*Voltage

Please note all electrical products that we are selling are for usage in Japanese market and work correctly only with 100V.

*ATTENTION
If the product is returned to us for any reason, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. If the buyer has completed payment and does not agree to this policy, please be sure to contact us and cancel the order before shipping. If the buyer does not contact us, we will assume that the buyer has agreed to this clause and will process the order as usual. Full refunds will not be given after shipping (refunds after shipping will be the amount minus a portion of the shipping costs).

 

Based on the regulations of the shipping company, aviation laws, and the laws and import regulations of the destination country, we cannot ship dangerous goods or restricted items internationally.

Examples of such items include, but are not limited to, high-pressure gases (aerosol cans), flammable liquids (oils, paints, etc.), combustible materials, batteries, and other items classified as dangerous goods.

If your ordered items fall under these restrictions, we reserve the right to cancel your order or ship only certain items, at our discretion.

Furthermore, accessories and included items are also subject to these restrictions, so any items deemed ineligible for shipment will be removed before shipping. Please understand this in advance.

The final decision on whether or not to ship will be made by us based on the shipping company and relevant laws and regulations, and we cannot guarantee individual decisions in advance.
