60s model with alder body and slab board fingerboard!
Custom shop vintage-style instruments are assembled by hand using high-quality materials, and feature a sturdy neck resonance that cannot be experienced with regular instruments, original pickups that reproduce the mellow nuances unique to vintage guitars while providing just the right amount of power for ease of use in a band, and the choice of materials, parts, and paint finish create realistic, practical vintage models that only the original Fender can achieve.
This Jazz Bass features a high-quality alder body, a rosewood slab laminate fingerboard, and three knobs, making it a popular early 1960s instrument. Its sound is well-suited to any musical style and provides the perfect foundation for any ensemble.
As the instrument was originally aged, there is no noticeable damage to its appearance. It appears that each part has been adjusted at a repair shop in the past, with the truss rod nut having been replaced and measures taken to prevent it from slipping under. The truss rod works well and the frets are not clogging, so the guitar is in a comfortable condition.
The rich tone and pleasant mid-range components live up to the image of alder/rosewood, and the powerful sound you'd expect from a custom shop guitar, along with the slightly larger frets on a 9.5 fingerboard radius, make this a practical instrument that's easy to use even in modern playback and recording environments, a feat only possible from a custom shop.
The fat Fender sound that perfectly suits a variety of musical genres can only be achieved with this guitar!
