Api 500 Series Module Compatible Stereo Compressor

Variable control function maintains a constant volume and matches the level with the bypass sound. Highly visible 10-segment LED meters (input/output, gain reduction).
-Threshold LED lights up when the THRESH level exceeds the input level
- Equipped with API's patented frequency-dependent sidechain function THRUST - Three types of knee curve - Equipped with a New/Old switch. The detection method can be selected from feed-forward and feedback.
-Makeup gain can be selected between auto and manual -Three types of input/output: hardwire, relay bypass, and compressor IN

The API 529 is a stereo compressor compatible with the 500 series, and can be considered the younger brother of the classic compressor, the API 2500.

While maintaining the punchy compression sound and operability unique to the 2500, it is packed into a compact size equivalent to two slots of the 500 series.
The tone produced by the company's signature discrete op amps, API 2520/2510, is still alive and well.
It is compatible with any source and can accurately meet any purpose, such as suppressing peaks, emphasizing attacks, or raising room tones.
The sound produced by the 2MIX mix bus compressor, drum bus, etc. is irreplaceable.

We ship via FedEx. Shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit.
