FAQ

Description

A great deal on a beautiful, used "MasterBuilt" series guitar, the top-of-the-line model made in Germany!

Founded in 1979, Sadowsky Guitars established the "Active JB" style, now adopted by many manufacturers, through modifying instruments for New York studio musicians, including Marcus Miller's famous '77 JB, and manufacturing its own brand of instruments. This introduced new possibilities for bass sound to the music scene from the 1980s onward. With a sound variation that can accommodate all musical genres, low noise, and ultimate functionality, Sadowsky basses are truly instruments for working musicians.

The "MasterBuilt" is a high-grade version of the regular "MetroLine" model, featuring a high-quality swamp ash body carefully selected from Warwick's vast wood stock and a roasted maple neck. The difference in sound is immediately noticeable.

Despite its lightweight design, this 5-string, 24-fret model from the company can firmly support the band's bassline. Equipped with a humbucking pickup near the bridge, this model, while based on a J-style design, offers a unique sound compared to single-coil models, boasting a rich midrange and tight low end.

In terms of condition, there are some minor scratches and signs of use on the pickups and bridge, two light dents on the fretboard, several dents on the bottom and back of the body, and a few minor scratches on the neck. However, these are all natural damages that occurred during playing, and I don't think they will be a problem when playing.
The frets, neck condition, truss rod function, and electronics are all in perfect working order, resulting in a comfortable playing experience.

Sadowsky Masterbuilt models are in short supply and we are rarely able to offer them in abundance.
Don't miss out on these great deals on used items!
