RS Guitarworks is a guitar brand and repair workshop based in Kentucky, USA.
Based on the concept of reconstructing the charm of vintage guitars with modern playability and quality, we offer high-quality, handmade electric guitars, basses, parts, and refinishing services. We are particularly renowned for our natural aging process and rich tone, and are supported by many professional musicians.

This instrument is essentially a 5-string version of a 60's style PB, featuring a lightweight alder body. It's designed to deliver a rich PB sound while still allowing the low B string to ring clearly. The hard Katalox wood fingerboard contributes to the B string's attack, articulation, and dark 60's PB tone. The subtle sunburst peeking through the shell pink finish is a nice touch. The Nordstrand pickups, rich in mid-range frequencies, are a perfect match, making this a truly usable instrument for live performances.

Aside from the original distressed finish, there is no other particularly noticeable damage. There is slight yellowing of the lacquer, natural gloss from playing, and some signs of use on the pickup covers and fretboard, but overall it is in excellent condition. The neck condition and truss rod are in good working order, and the electronics and other functional aspects are also in perfect working order.

In addition to the original accessories such as the hard case, a spare pearloid pickguard is included.

Many products are stocked across Ikebe stores in Japan. As a result, shipment may take several days. In-store sales may also cause items to sell out. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you promptly; in that case, the order will be canceled and any payment will be refunded.

■ Shipping

We ship via FedEx. Shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit.
