A Gibson ES-275 Figured, a model made at the Gibson Memphis factory, has arrived in recommended player's condition as a used item! It was manufactured in 2016. The beautiful figured maple grain and Dark Vintage Natural finish give this guitar a striking presence!

The Gibson Memphis factory, which previously produced mainly hollow-body guitars such as the ES series, announced its closure in 2018 and unfortunately no longer exists.

The Gibson Memphis ES-275 Figured is a new full-acoustic model, unlike anything previously seen in Gibson's history, developed to meet the needs of jazz players, and was announced in 2016. While based on the traditional "L-5" body, the ES-275 features a thinner profile for better handling and a more comfortable fit, and is fitted with a rolled round C neck for enhanced playability.
This particular unit was manufactured in 2016.

Featuring a beautiful figured maple top and back, diamond headstock inlays, and a richlite fingerboard with block inlays, this guitar boasts a luxurious look thanks to its gold hardware.

It features a Zig Zag tailpiece and a rosewood bridge base, with the studs on either side of the bridge passing through the top of the body, preventing the shifting that is typical of wooden bridges.
The historic truss rod and rolled neck binding are just some of the many features that contribute to its excellent playability.

The pickups are the MHS humbucker pickups, familiar from the ES-Les Paul. MHS humbuckers are characterized by their vintage-feel sound and were developed by Gibson Memphis specifically for vintage Gibson tones. Essential for reproducing the PAF tone, they feature an unmatched turn structure with AWG42 enamel coil wire and are unpotted as standard, using Alnico 3 magnets on the neck side and Alnico 2 magnets on the bridge side. Using unique methods not only for materials but also for winding, these popular pickups purely output the guitar's original resonance and achieve a tone that enhances the player's expressiveness through input strength and response! Unfortunately, they are currently out of production.

This time, we have a recommended player's condition used item in stock! It was manufactured in 2016.
The neck section shows a slight twist and a tendency for the treble to bounce slightly forward towards the 6th string, but the frets have been leveled and the tops of the frets are even. There are no problems with using the guitar at present. The frets are quite low, with about 45% remaining. If you have them leveled again, they will become even lower, so we recommend having the frets replaced at a repair shop.
The nuts are fine. The truss rod is also fine with its current adjustment.

There are some minor scratches and scuffs throughout, a paint crack at the right neck joint, a small dent on the back of the body, scuffs on the pickguard, paint discoloration, paint peeling, cracks inside the front volume knob, tone knob, and rear volume knob, tarnishing on the pickup covers and gold parts, but none of these affect playability.
When the pickguard is removed, it reveals sun damage.

The electrical system has also been fully checked, so there are no problems with its operation.

The weight is approximately 3.11 kg. It's lightweight and has a well-balanced design that makes it easy to use.
