Description

Recommended used items!
A Ted McCarty DC245, a model that fully bears the name of the late Ted McCarty and incorporates his image to the fullest, has arrived as a recommended used item! This is a 2009 model. It's a beautiful 10-top curly flame maple with an exquisite grain that is beautifully complemented by the McCarty Sunburst color!

The Ted McCarty DC245 is an ambitious model that features the familiar PRS double-cutaway body shape with a nitrocellulose lacquer topcoat and a 24.5-inch scale neck.
The fretboard features cell binding, giving it a luxurious finish.
The headstock adopts the shape of the original PRS Santa model, featuring a flame maple veneer. It's finished in a gray-black color, giving it a fresh and innovative look.

The guitar is equipped with 57/08 pickups. The 57/08 pickups are produced using the same wire materials and even the coating, thanks to PRS's exclusive rights to the machinery that produced the pickup wire in the 1950s. The power is set slightly lower, resulting in a superb pickup that faithfully reproduces even the subtlest picking nuances. The lacquer finish and 24.5-inch medium scale give the guitar a vintage-flavored acoustic resonance, which the 57/08 pickups faithfully transmit to the amplifier, creating a superb sound with a wide range. Furthermore, pulling the tone knob activates a tap function, allowing for a wide range of sound shaping possibilities!

We've just received a recommended used item! It's from 2009.
There are some minor scratches and dents, small original dents in the paint, paint peeling, uneven paint on the entire back of the body, and strap burn on the paint around the end pin. There are also some dents on the binding, scratches on the back panel, and some tarnishing on the pickup cover and parts, but none of these affect playability. Overall, it is in fairly good condition. We have performed a full maintenance and cleaning at our shop, so it is in recommended condition and ready to use.

The frets are in good working order and ready to use. Approximately 70% of the fret life remains.
The nuts are in good working order and there are no issues with their current function. The truss rod can be adjusted normally without any problems.

The electrical system has also been fully checked, so there are no problems with its operation.

The weight is approximately 3.38 kg. It has a well-balanced design that is easy to use.
This guitar features a beautiful 10-top curly flame maple top with an exquisite grain pattern, beautifully complemented by the McCarty Sunburst finish!

Accessories include the original hard case, keys, arm, eagle tag, and wrenches.

Don't miss this opportunity!
