Description
Description
【body】
The total weight is approximately 2.6 kg. The small, double-cut body is a flat red color typical of Japanese-made guitars of this period. It's nice that it comes with a bridge cover and arm, which are often missing. There are signs of age-appropriate damage, such as scratches and dents throughout, dull metal parts, and discolored plastic parts, as well as small nail-like holes throughout the body. Two bridge screws are broken internally, but the guitar is still securely fastened with other screws.
【neck】
The brand logo remains clearly visible on the large headstock, which seems out of proportion to the body. The model name sticker on the back of the headstock is missing. The tuners are generally tightly wound and slightly bent, but tuning is still possible. The frets and nut are showing signs of wear, and there is a rough sound in some positions, but there is currently no significant buzzing or clogging. The string height is high due to the structure and low frets, so multiple shims have been installed. The nut width is approximately 43.5mm. The neck is fairly thick and has a distinctive, flattened shape with a shaved tip.
[Electrical system]
The controls are two volume controls, one tone control, and an on-off switch for each pickup. The tone is reverse-effect, a common style during this period. The neck (front) pickup has been rewound and serviced in our shop, producing a surprisingly thick, lustrous tone with good distortion response, making it an easy-to-use sound.
