Description

◆Includes IKEBE REUSE certified used instrument warranty (valid for 12 months from the date of purchase)◆

PGM, well-known for OEM work with famous brands, has a used, high-cost-performance model produced by woodworking experts, Diviser, now in stock!

Due to the extremely thin lacquer finish, there are scratches, dents, and paint peeling, and the metal parts and paint are also tarnished, showing signs of use.
The frets have about 80-90% remaining, and there are some areas where the sound dies when bending in the higher positions, but there are no problems with the electronics or truss rod operation.

This is a guitar that lets you enjoy PGM quality at this price point!

Includes SKB gig bag. *Armless tremolo arm. Weight: Approximately 3.51kg

~~~~~The following is the product description for a new item.~~~~~
A cost-effective model produced by Diviser.
The renowned PGM (Professional Guitar Manufacture) brand welcomes a cost-effective model produced by Deviser! This highly anticipated item maintains the quality of "PGM" while offering an affordable price. Despite the price, it boasts professional specifications, including an all-lacquer finish, and is finished to a standard worthy of the PGM brand name. This model will be produced in very limited quantities, so don't miss this opportunity!
This "PST-62" is a traditional 60s-style ST model. The ultra-thin all-lacquer finish brings out the full resonance of the instrument. Because of its traditional style, it is the perfect model to experience the charm of PGM.
*Due to the nature of the product, the wood grain and color will vary from piece to piece.
◆All-lacquer finish
All PGM brand products are finished with an all-lacquer finish. Lacquer has the great appeal of gradually thinning over time, bringing out the natural resonance of the wood. On the other hand, it requires meticulous workmanship and is not always cost-effective. PGM's insistence on all-lacquer finishes stems from its unwavering commitment to the natural resonance of instruments made from wood.
◆Outstanding Cost Performance We have pursued rationality by reviewing the costs involved in guitar making, such as the wood used, parts, and work processes, solidifying specifications, and limiting the models we produce. Despite the labor-intensive nature of the all-lacquer finish, we have achieved outstanding cost performance.
PGM is a crucial brand that represents the early days of Japanese-made guitars.
Founded in 1978, PGM (Professional Guitar Manufacture) is a group of craftsmen led by representative Kazuhiko Nyuui. Their 22-fret replacement neck for the Fender Stratocaster exemplifies their high level of skill and foresight. They pay particular attention to the final setup during the manufacturing process, and this has supported the creativity of many players. To provide each player with the perfect instrument, they do not adhere to a fixed model number, instead handcrafting each instrument with various specifications. Every model embodies the craftsman's dedication to meticulous hand-finishing and a focus on the instrument's resonance.
Master Builder: Kazuhiko Nyui
Kazuhiko Nyuui, the representative of PGM, began his career as a craftsman during the early days of electric guitars in Japan. To this day, he has always been involved in the field and is supported by many players and craftsmen as an important figure who supported the development of electric guitars in Japan. Mr. Nyuui started his career as a guitar builder under classical guitar maker Yukinobu Chai. Through the production of classical guitars, where materials and construction greatly influence the sound of the finished product, he solidified the foundation for his later work in electric guitar making. After that, he moved to electric guitars and worked for domestic manufacturers such as Fernandes and ESP. Then, in 1978, he established PGM. He was one of the first to introduce the concept of "component guitars" as an electric guitar, and his stance of creating the optimal instrument through a relationship with each user remains unchanged.
