Designed ergonomically to provide a perfect balance for the player whether standing or sitting, the EHB body design horn balances the body and neck when standing and is ergonomically shaped for easy handling. The body curve on the treble string side is particularly designed with a focus on fit and balance when sitting. The area where the elbow rests on the body surface is contoured with a slight bevel. In addition, all body edges that come into contact with the body are finished with a smooth radius. The back of the body is boldly cut to become thinner towards the bass strings. This enhances the fit when sitting and is designed with the viewing angle of the fretboard inlays in mind. Furthermore, the back of the treble string side horn is scooped to facilitate access to the higher frets.

Like a chambered hollow body that allows you to feel the body's resonance more intuitively, the player will be able to feel the vibrations inside the body more directly, allowing them to be more aware of the sound they are producing. It also leads to a slight reduction in weight.

As the abbreviation for Variable frequency control for Mid EQ suggests, this EQ offers flexible control over the Mid frequencies. Normally, a 3-band EQ divides the frequency range into three bands, such as HIGH/MID/LOW, and allows you to boost or cut based on a frequency range arbitrarily designated by the developer. However, with Vari Mid, the user can arbitrarily adjust the focus of the Mid frequencies. For example, by setting the Mid to 100Hz, which is roughly in the bass range, and boosting that frequency, you can compensate for a lack of low frequencies.

The Bartolini BH2 pickup features a tight bottom end and rich midrange, along with a well-balanced, warm response—a distinctive sound character.

• Finger ramp included: A finger ramp helps improve playability by enabling a stable form at any position. The EHB series comes with a matte black wooden board that can be used as a finger ramp. It has a dedicated shape to match the number of strings and scale length of each model in the EHB series.
