Description

Recommended used items!
A Tim Henson (Polyphia) signature model, the Ibanez TOD10, has arrived as a recommended used item! It was manufactured in 2024.
This watch, with its classic silver color, makes a strong statement!

Tim Henson (Polyphia) New Signature Model feat. Fishman PU! !

Based on the AZ series, this Tim Henson (Polyphia) signature model features Fishman pickups and an impressive fretboard inlay design that Tim himself named "Tree of Death"!

■AZ Oval C Roasted Maple neck
The neck is made of heat-treated maple wood.
Heat treatment gives the material characteristics such as shape stability, resistance to warping, water resistance, and resistance to temperature changes.
The back of the neck has a satin finish, providing a smooth playing feel.
This original neck shape was created after measuring and analyzing dozens of guitar neck grips, both from our own company and other manufacturers.
This comfort grip features a smooth, rounded shape from the joint between the fretboard and neck down to the fretboard edge.
The shape is accurately and reliably reproduced using ball milling.
The neck width is set at 42mm at the nut and 57mm at the 24th fret, with a shape that is particularly designed for ease of gripping in the lower fret area and for classical style playing with the thumb placed on the back of the neck in the higher fret area.

■Stainless Frets
It features excellent maintainability, a fast attack, good note separation even when playing chords, and a clear sound even when playing single notes.

■A shallow body back contour and Super All Access Neck Joint
This is an original body shape designed with a contemporary aesthetic in mind.
The thin body contour and large elbow contour, reminiscent of Ibanez's flagship S model, create a sense of unity between the player and the guitar, greatly contributing to improved playability.
The deeper waist of the body improves handling when held and on stage, resulting in superior playability.
The body has different corner radii on the front and back, with a radius of R3mm on the front and R8mm on the back, resulting in an ergonomic design that provides a comfortable fit the moment you pick up the guitar, whether sitting or standing.

The Super All Access Neck achieves superior playability by carving an 8mm height difference from the back of the body and finishing the neck joint with a spherical surface.
By designing a shallower cutaway on the bass string side and maximizing the contact area between the body and neck, this guitar achieves both excellent playability and superior sustain and resonance.
Furthermore, the horn and cutaway have a deeply sculpted shape reminiscent of Ibanez's flagship RG model.
It provides ease of playing in the higher positions.

■Luminescent side dot inlay
It features highly visible phosphorescent dot position markers that can adapt to the rapidly changing performance environment due to lighting and other factors.
Even on a dark stage, I never lose sight of the sound I want to play.

■Fishman Fluence Tim Henson Signature Series pickups
The Tim Henson signature pickup can produce a wide range of sounds, from aggressive lead and backing tones to clean single-coil sounds and even acoustic guitar-like tones.

〇Neck Pickup
Voice 1: Thick, smooth neck-position humbucker sound
Voice 2: A clean sound that can replace a nylon-string guitar.
Voice 3: Smooth neck position single-coil sound

Bridge Pickup
Voice 1: An improved version of Fishman's standard Voice 1, ideal for lead tones.
Voice 2: Tim's preferred bridge position humbucker sound.
Voice 3: Tim's ideal single-coil sound, achieved by combining it with the neck position pickup coil.

■Gotoh T1502 tremolo bridge with Steel saddles 10.5mm string spacing Snap and hold arm socket
The GOTOH 510 bridge, widely regarded by many players and brands as the definitive tremolo bridge, has been reborn through a collaboration between Ibanez and GOTOH.
Featuring machined steel saddles and a zinc die-cast inertia block for quick response and a tight sound, this guitar also boasts excellent note separation during chord work.
The string spacing is a narrow 10.5mm, designed to make it easier to pick across strings, a feature demanded by players who frequently use string skipping and hybrid picking.
Furthermore, it features an arm socket that allows the use of Ibanez Edge tremolo arms and ultra-light tremolo arms.
Unlike conventional arms that require twisting, this arm can be attached with a snap-in mechanism.
It also features an arm torque adjustment mechanism that allows players to fix or release the arm angle according to their preferences.
In addition, it comes standard with a stud lock mechanism that firmly secures the studs with grub screws embedded in them, greatly contributing to tuning stability and resonance.
It employs a two-point floating support system that allows for smooth arming and arm-up movements.

■Graph Tech nut
It features a Graph Tech nut, which boasts smooth tuning stability.
It achieves a balance between clear sound and excellent sustain.

■Gotoh MG-T locking machine heads
Equipped with Gotoh Magnum Lock machine heads, renowned for their tuning stability.
