Description
*There are signs of use such as scratches, dirt, rust, and dents.
Western music, guitars, and drums came to Japan in the 1920s, and in 1925, when radio broadcasting began in the country, founder Eiichi Nakata started Sakae Rhythm.
Over 80 years have passed since then... Sakaerhythm has been dedicated to making instruments, overcoming numerous changes in the times and environments, and has now created original drums.
The parts used in the drums, as well as the essential shell construction, painting, and assembly, have all been rethought from a new perspective and are now handcrafted by skilled craftsmen.
The logo mark is based on the letter S from SAKAE, and is a drum made in Japan that expresses the hope that musicians and the musical instrument industry will prosper and grow.
The shell is molded with high precision, with the optimal ply structure and thickness settings for each shell material. By stacking many thin plies, it achieves an excellent dynamic range and sensitive response.
Excellent edge processing also provides a wide tuning range.
The 10-ply, 10mm thick bubinga shell provides a full-bodied range, a tight, powerful core, and ample projection. The Mighty Halo hoop adds a tight, powerful sound, making this a powerful model.
Developed with the goal of making on/off operation as smooth as possible, the strainer is characterized by its natural operability and pleasant feel.
The snap fastener (butt) has an angled fastening section to prevent the snap cord or belt from slipping.
These lugs are designed with a curved shape and at first glance look like tube-type lugs, but by adding weight to the connecting part, they produce a tight sound despite the small contact area with the shell.
By rolling the hoop edge inward, the overtones are controlled, resulting in a truly powerful sound.
