~~~~~The following is the product description for a new item. ~~~~~
Strandberg Guitars, designed and manufactured by Swedish designer Ola Strandberg, are next-generation guitars featuring innovative ideas such as multi-hybrid scale/fan frets, a headless design with original hardware, and an ultra-lightweight, multi-string construction that maximizes ergonomics and balance. They're already popular with new generation guitarists like Tosin Abasi (Animals As Leaders) and Misha Mansoor (Periphery), as well as legends like Allan Holdsworth. The Boden Original series features guitars made in Indonesia that retain the globally renowned Strandberg Boden guitar design and specifications, but at a lower price.
This "Boden Original 6" inherits the specifications of the previous OEM production model "Boden OS" and is a model that is available at an affordable price.
The base wood material is the same as the OS Series, with a two-piece chambered ash body and a 5.5mm flame maple top laminate. The neck is made of roasted maple, the same wood used on the Japanese-made J Series and custom shop guitars made in Sweden, for durability and a more direct sound. The unique EndurNeck shape provides excellent playability, and the neck grip makes it easy to play not only on 6-string guitars but also on 7- and 8-string guitars.
The fingerboard, also roasted like the neck, is crafted from birdseye maple, a material increasingly used by fewer manufacturers due to its scarcity. The frets are equipped with Jescar stainless steel frets. The stainless steel frets provide a quick, clear attack, complemented by the unique string tension of the multi-scale strings, which shorten from the bass to the treble, resulting in a comfortable low end and solid intonation, even when using slap techniques with thumbing. Stainless steel frets are also resistant to rust and tarnishing, making maintenance a breeze. The position markers feature luminous dots for improved visibility on stage and a more comfortable playing experience.
The pickups are equipped with SSH+ and SSV humbuckers from Suhr Guitars, a leading component guitar brand. The SSH+ in the bridge position provides ample power while maintaining excellent chord separation and brightness, making it suitable for a wide range of genres. The SSV in the front position minimizes unnecessary compression, resulting in a wide range of tones. Because these pickups are based on a vintage sound, they deliver excellent note separation even in the front position, allowing for fast passages. Furthermore, the 5-way blade pickup selector allows for a single-coil mix of both pickups or the front single coil output, providing a wide range of tones.
The control panel of the previous OS series was made of flame maple to match the body top, but this Original has been changed to a metal panel that also includes the same output jack panel as the J series and Swedish-made models, and the control knobs have also been changed to aluminum with the Strandberg mark.
The included case is the Strandberg Standard Gigbag, which is lightweight, compact, and easy to carry, just like the final OS series.
This is a noteworthy series that offers excellent cost performance while still incorporating Strandberg's distinctive features, including roasted maple wood, unique structure, and sound character.
This shipment is limited in quantity, so if you are considering purchasing, don't miss this opportunity!
