The Rock Bass series inherits the look and sound of the original German-made basses, but by producing them in China, it offers excellent cost performance. This series makes the unique Warwick look and sound even more accessible at an incredibly low price.
Bootsy Collins, a key figure in funk music, built his career as a member of James Brown's backing band, The JB's, and P-Funk, while also influencing bassists worldwide as a solo artist. His iconic "Space Bass" is now available in our Rock Bass series.
Featuring a star-shaped body and head shape that delivers a powerful impact, this mahogany instrument not only produces a thick, rich tone, but also features MEC J/TJ type pickups, just like the original German-made model, making it suitable for any genre, from the crisp sound of a typical jazz bass model to a more powerful, warm sound. This is also an active type with an original preamp, and the tone correction provided by the two-band treble/bass equalizer allows you to adjust the sound, adapting well to changing playing environments. It far exceeds the standard quality in this price range, and it's no exaggeration to say that it offers the best value for money.
This model is available in extremely limited quantities, so fans of the artist and those who fall in love with its looks at first sight should not miss it.
