FAQ

Description

Endroll is the private effects brand of Takashi Yamaguchi, who has previously designed and released the "VOCU" and "VIZION" pedals as well as the "DIGI-ZO."

This is a 2-in-1 model made up of the brand's "BOD-1" and "BDI-1." While the functionality of each remains the same, the BOD-1 is currently connected to the input and the BDI-1 to the output. The connection order can also be reversed by switching the internal switch. It's a classic distortion that targets the sounds of the 70s and 80s, and the ability to fine-tune it makes it very user-friendly.

From the manufacturer's website:
--------------------------------------------------------------

This is a B-Style model with a concrete block motif.
B-Style OverDrive and B-Style Distortion are models developed with the sound of the 70s and 80s in mind.
Geminy/Bdi&Bod is a 2-in-1 model with B-Style OverDrive on the input side and B-Style Distortion on the output side.

It's very simple to use.
The B-Style OverDrive has a Color switch at the top that allows you to select high cut.

Both models have the ability to internally boost frequency bands that are not cut by the tone.
*Caution: When adjusting the inside of the unit, be careful not to touch the electronic components.

Since the built-in effects are different types, Distortion and OverDrive, a slide switch board that allows you to change the connection order is included as standard.
The switch has a "no click" operation, so there is no click, which is normal. The operating force is 0.98 N Max., but if you are concerned, please secure it with tape or something similar to prevent it from moving.

The color of the board may change, but this will not affect performance.

[External adjustment] (Common to BOD-1 and BDI-1)
Drive Distortion adjustment (amplification rate)
Tone Adjustment of tone (moving high cut frequency and opening high range)
Level output adjustment
Lo control: Adjusts the mid-range

(BOD-1 side)
Color You can choose from three types of high-cut filters.
Left - This is the position that cuts the most high frequencies.
Middle - This switch does not cut high frequencies.
Right - A position between left and center.
In other words, high cuts work better in the order of center → right → left.

[Internal adjustment] (BOD-1/BDI-1 common)
"2nd Level" Fine-tunes the output level. Amplifies frequencies that are not cut by the externally adjusted tone.
This is effective when adjusting the Drive knob low and using it as a booster.
