Manufactured at the Corona, California, factory, the American Performer Stratocaster HSS delivers the authentic tone and feel you expect from a USA-made Fender, and features modern features like DoubleTap humbuckers to inspire your performance.

This model features Yosemite single-coil pickups, developed specifically for the American Performer series, for rich, expressive tone, and a DoubleTap humbucker. The patent-pending pickup design eliminates volume loss in single-coil mode, while the combined power of the two pickups produces a dynamic sound. The Yosemite pickups feature staggered, unchamfered pole pieces for high output, and the pickups are potted in a shellac solution for effective feedback suppression.

The American Performer Stratocaster HSS also features a Greasebucket tone circuit that attenuates low frequencies when the tone is turned down, preventing muddiness, and a push/pull control for activating the DoubleTap humbucker. The Modern C-shaped neck with a 9.5-inch-radius fingerboard features 22 jumbo frets for smooth and accurate bending.

*As for the condition, there are no dents or other damage to the frets, and more than 80% of the frets remain. There is also ample room for the truss rod.
The electrical system is also in good condition, and the guitar shows relatively little signs of use, with only a few shallow, rice-grain-sized dents visible on the back of the neck.

We ship via FedEx. Shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit.
