Description
In 1986, a renowned Japanese music manufacturer released the TS10. Like its predecessors, the TS808 and TS9, it shared the typical TS characteristics: selective mid-range clipping and significant high-frequency cut, resulting in a distinctive "mid-hump." However, the TS10 introduced three subtle differences to its audio circuitry compared to the earlier models, resulting in a slightly more melodic and smoother tone. Opinions on the TS10 are varied, with some praising it and others criticizing it, but it has been favored by famous musicians such as Stevie Ray Vaughan in his later years and John Mayer today. Without a doubt, the TS10 is the last, lesser-known, but honorable pedal in the TS family.

As a tribute to this pedal, which has yet to be officially reissued, we present the JAPAN 1986 Classic Overdrive. It faithfully reproduces the original circuitry, adding a true bypass soft switch and heavy-duty hardware. The exterior is hand-wrapped in genuine Japanese fabric, and it is designed, soldered, and entirely handmade in Spain.

We ship via FedEx. Shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit.
