Description
While based on the 70s Fender JB, this bass incorporates numerous specifications and design elements that reflect a bassist's perspective, such as an original body shape, the installation of the unique "Z Tuning System" with a comfortable, moderate buzz, the powerful active sound from the Bartolini XTCT, and a thick clear pickguard and pickup fence that smoothly control the thumbing and pulling techniques that are its signature slap style.

This instrument boasts a dynamic and powerful bass thanks to its ash body, which features a wood grain pattern brought to life by the application of ink to the wood pores. It also offers a pleasingly tight tone and a fast, responsive attack thanks to its maple neck. You can enjoy the dynamic, clear sound characteristic of 70's JB basses, delivered with a supple touch—a true player's gear. Furthermore, the rich vibration produced by the full-size body and the open resonance resulting from the traditional neck construction (without graphite support) contribute to a pleasant, rustic feel, which is another key feature of this model. Additionally, this model is equipped with an MCT375 middle control, allowing for a wide range of sound shaping with its 3-band EQ.

Although there is some tarnishing, minor scratches, and light dents on the parts, the guitar is in relatively good condition. However, the pickguard and control panel appear to be fixed with adhesive and cannot be removed, so the adhesive surface is visible.
The 4th string tuning peg was damaged, so we replaced it with a new one at our shop.
The truss rod has plenty of adjustment range, the neck condition is good with no major issues and minimal fret wear.

Items with “USED” in the product name are pre-owned and will be delivered as shown in the photos. Signs of wear may be present. All items are function-tested by our staff and rechecked before dispatch.

Many products are stocked across Ikebe stores in Japan. As a result, shipment may take several days. In-store sales may also cause items to sell out. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you promptly; in that case, the order will be canceled and any payment will be refunded.

■ Shipping

We ship via FedEx. Shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit.
