The Streamer Stage I is a popular model that has been in the lineup since the early days of Warwick, a company founded in Germany in 1982. This particular guitar is a 2004 model, featuring a 7-piece maple through-neck construction with layered wood, and boasts the thin body shape with a steeply curved back that was seen in the very first Streamer Stage I models.
Taking advantage of the clear and crisp characteristics unique to maple wood, this bass offers a well-balanced sound with Warwick's signature solid bass, clear mids, and sparkling treble. Compared to basses like the Thumb Bass, it has a relatively neutral sound, covering a wide range from heavy, gritty sounds to sharp slap bass. As evidenced by its popularity among professional musicians across various genres, it's a bass that can be used in any genre.
While there are signs of use commensurate with its age, such as dents and wear on the neck grip, there are no problems with the neck or electronics, and it remains in a perfectly usable condition. Of course, the truss rod and frets are also in good condition, making it a guitar you can enjoy for many years to come. Upon serial number verification, it was found that the hardware color has been changed, from gold hardware to the original black hardware. Warwick is widely known as a brand that never stops evolving, but it is also true that it has a strong following due to the specifications of each era.
