The quilted maple wood accentuates the deep see-through finish, creating a truly dignified appearance. The Floyd Rose and other components are all black, giving the Mockingbird a bold, manly look.
The maple top/mahogany back body and maple neck-through construction deliver a powerful, thick low-mid range and solid sustain. The pickups are powerful and produce a powerful, hard-hitting sound. The coil split, phase mix, and 5-way VariTone control on each pickup allow for a wide variety of tones, allowing for a wide range of variations depending on the situation.
This lineup combines traditional specs with a modern image, reminiscent of Slash's favorite Mockingbird!
