Description
We have received a used Takamine PTU408K-N, a model from Takamine, a long-established Japanese acoustic guitar brand, that combines ease of handling with a beautiful appearance.

Regarding the condition of this instrument, there are minor scratches on the exterior, a slight sheen on the back of the neck, and a small dent of about 1 mm on the headstock edge, showing signs of use typical of a used item.
Upon arrival, the guitar undergoes a thorough inspection and fret leveling at our partner workshop, ensuring a comfortable playing experience!


The most distinctive feature of this model is the luxurious use of Hawaiian koa wood for the top, sides, and back of the body. Its unique and beautiful grain is enhanced by the gloss finish, giving it an exceptional sense of luxury.
The subtle understated elegance emanating from its appearance is reflected in its tone, resulting in a distinctive and flavorful sound.

This guitar features a compact and easy-to-hold "400 Series (New Yorker Style)" body with a slightly shorter 630mm short scale. It's easy to play, even for those with smaller hands or women, and boasts exceptional playability. Furthermore, the slotted headstock (a perforated headstock like a classical guitar) gives it a vintage-like, classically elegant appearance.

Equipped with Takamine's renowned high-performance preamp, the "CT-4BII (PTU)," this guitar is a ready-to-use instrument for live performances and recordings. It also features a convenient chromatic tuner and 3-band EQ, allowing for intuitive sound shaping right at your fingertips.

■ Shipping

We ship via FedEx. Shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit.
