Excellent used condition!
A superb Stanley Clarke Sig Deluxe model with a buckeye top has arrived!

The unique sound produced by the Alembic circuit and short scale & narrow neck is truly one of a kind, making this a deluxe model of the Stanley Clarke, a masterpiece of short-scale basses that is synonymous with Alembic.

Featuring a superb buckeye top, a 5A grade quilted maple back, and a hollow mahogany core, this Alembic guitar is unusually lightweight for an Alembic, yet it doesn't lack anything in terms of sound. It boasts a stable and rich tone that far surpasses the limits of a short-scale guitar, demonstrating the high standards, presence, sonic individuality, and balance that Alembic is known for. Furthermore, while the center of gravity is usually biased towards the neck, this guitar's body weight of 3.93kg makes it feel less strenuous. The LED on the front is also cool!

While the sound when both pickups are mixed is, of course, consistently excellent, even when using only the front pickup, the responsiveness to picking dynamics is remarkable. Furthermore, within the powerful bass sound, there are tonal nuances that convey a sense of musical expressiveness, such as a dry sound or something resembling a slightly husky human voice, revealing the boundless expressive potential of this instrument.

The condition is good, with only slight unevenness in the laminated parts due to differences in wood shrinkage rates, which is within a natural range. Otherwise, the brass parts show some tarnishing, and considering its age, it is in beautiful condition. In addition, the truss rod works properly, the frets are not buzzing, and the electronics are all functioning correctly.

This is a world-class short-scale bass with a special look and sound.
Don't miss out on this top-of-the-line item!
