We've received a used unit of the new PACIFICA series model, the "PACIFICA Standard Plus"!

The PACIFICA Standard Plus is a newly designed model that further evolves the PACIFICA series, created for guitarists who are pursuing their ideal sound.

The body structure incorporates Yamaha's proprietary "Acoustic Design" technology to enhance resonance, and it is equipped with the new "Reflectone" pickup, jointly developed with Rupert Neve Designs to accommodate the diverse range of musical genres of today.

The clear and balanced sound allows for smooth sound shaping, from delicate phrases to straightforward tones, and is also ideal for guitarists who frequently use effects pedals. Furthermore, the inclusion of a high-pass filter ensures that even with the volume turned down, there is no loss of high frequencies, allowing for nuanced playing.

The newly adopted neck shape and curved neck joint, which facilitates easy access to the higher positions, offer superior playability and further stimulate the player's imagination.

The fretboard is made of maple wood, and the body features a distinctive color scheme inspired by "City Pop."

■Main Features
1. High expressiveness to support unique sound shaping: The body is treated with Yamaha's unique "Acoustic Design" process, which utilizes acoustic analysis and 3D modeling to achieve rich midrange and tight bass. In addition, our original "Reflectone" pickup, jointly developed with Rupert Neve Designs, produces a clear sound that balances powerful bass and sparkling treble. The "Reflectone" HSS, with its controlled output of each pickup, is well-balanced and compatible with amplifiers and effects pedals, making it suitable for a wide range of musical genres and providing the expressiveness to support the unique sound shaping that players desire.

2. High Playability for Focused Performance The body shape has been redesigned with a contour that fits comfortably against the body. The neck is slim and easy to grip, making it ideal for modern playing styles. The curved neck heel ensures that you don't feel stressed even in the high positions, allowing you to concentrate on your performance. The satin neck finish provides a smooth playing feel, and the fingerboard is available in two types: rosewood, which is characterized by its warm tone and smooth attack, and maple, which is characterized by its bright, crisp attack.

3. A distinctive color lineup inspired by City Pop. In recent years, 1980s Japanese music, "City Pop," has been re-evaluated worldwide. This lineup features body colors inspired by the Southern California coast depicted with Japanese color sensibilities on its record covers.

*Regarding the condition, there are no noticeable dents or damage to the frets, and approximately 100% of the fret life remains. The truss rod also has plenty of adjustment range.
The electrical system is in good working order, and the unit shows relatively little signs of use, with only minor scratches.
