The Dingwall Bass, with its Fanned-Fret System featuring angled frets that allow for balanced intonation across all strings, is a favorite among top bassists both domestically and internationally, across all musical genres. This "Combustion" model achieves high cost performance by sourcing wood in Canada and the USA, processing it in a Chinese factory, and assembling it in a Canadian workshop. It is also known as the model that served as the basis for Adam Nolly's Get Good Signature model.

This model features a traditional wood construction with a swamp ash body and a laminated maple neck. Its simple specifications allow you to directly experience its rich harmonics and open sound. Its most distinctive feature is its 3-pickup configuration, enabling a wide range of tonal shaping, from crisp, solid sounds to thick, powerful sounds. The three humbucker pickups can be easily controlled via a rotary selector: bridge position only, bridge and middle series (MM configuration), bridge and neck parallel (JJ configuration style), and neck position only. This configuration is unique in its ability to easily deliver sound shaping that accurately addresses common needs (needs that many people desire and are backed by practicality). The electronics include an EMG 3-band circuit with a mid-section (each with boost/cut capabilities). The fact that it uses Hipshot pegs for key components, a monorail-type bridge, and a preamp from a reputable brand, even though it's a cost-effective model, is one of the unique charms of Dingwall guitars.

Like the higher-end Afterburner and ABZ models, the FANNED-FRET SYSTEM, with its longest 5 strings set at 37 inches and the 1st string at 34 inches, is a technique that seeks a more uniform resonance at each position by setting each string to the optimal scale, and its benefits are evident in the creation of finer bass tones and smoother pitch. Furthermore, the optimal tension for each string supports smoother two-handed operation, and once you get used to fingering, such as when sliding, it has an irresistible charm. From the clear resonance of the B string, which even gives a sense of ease, to the high-quality sound that outputs clear pitch and sound image even in low tuning, it has captivated bassists of a wide range of genres. It has a crisp, tight tone that is characteristic of ash dingwall, and combined with the clear pitch that can be said to be the benefit of fanned frets, it outputs a wide-range and solid sound.

The neck grip shows some shine and minor scratches that do not affect playability, but there is no significant cosmetic damage, and the guitar is in relatively good condition.
