A premium model realized through the close relationship between Hartman Guitars and Beaujolais!

In November 2025, Hartman Guitars Chief Akita visited the Eastman factory.
While there, I was fortunate enough to come across a "premium grade Hawaiian koa" with a deep flame grain (various figured patterns) that has become extremely rare to see in recent years.
This is an extremely rare material that you can't get your hands on just by visiting the factory; you might never come across it unless the timing is right. This special selection project was made possible thanks to our close communication with Eastman & Beaujolais.

This instrument is a special order based on the "Bourgeois Blues (L-DBO)," a model not usually found in the regular lineup of the "Touchstone Series," which combines Dana Bourgeois' design philosophy with high cost performance.
We are pleased to announce the completion of the one-of-a-kind model "CTM Bourgeois Blues/TS L-DBO -Premium Hawaiian Koa-", which luxuriously utilizes this exquisite Hawaiian koa wood throughout the entire body.
In addition to the change in body material, the fretboard and bridge are made of Ziricote, a high-grade wood with an exotic and beautiful grain. The ivoroid binding on the body, fretboard, and headstock, along with the gloss-finished headstock, creates a simple yet sophisticated and luxurious feel.

■Premium koa and exotic woods create a luxurious look. Rare premium koa is used luxuriously for the body top, sides, and back.
This exceptional guitar boasts a classic L-DBO (Gibson L-Style) body shape, a vibrant flamed Hawaiian koa top, and an exotic ziricote fingerboard. Its vintage-like aesthetic is instantly recognizable as something special, giving it a refined and sophisticated look.

■A superb sound that fuses the delicate tone of the core with the rugged resonance of the L-DBO. Bojois' unique L-DBO body, with its slender top bracing and large soundhole design, produces an overwhelming volume and dynamics that you wouldn't expect from its small size.
Thanks to hand-voicing supervised by Dana Boujoa and Adirondack spruce bracing, the guitar beautifully blends a bluesy, crisp, and rustic sound with the clear, sparkling tone characteristic of high-quality Hawaiian koa.
Combined with the supple tension unique to the 632mm scale, it produces an exquisite response that makes you want to keep playing, from delicate fingerpicking to rich, expressive strumming.

Many products are stocked across Ikebe stores in Japan. As a result, shipment may take several days. In-store sales may also cause items to sell out. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you promptly; in that case, the order will be canceled and any payment will be refunded.

■ Shipping

We ship via FedEx. Shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit.
