Description
The Pugilist V2 is a unique distortion pedal that features two independent distortion engines in a single enclosure.
Each distortion engine can be individually switched on/off with a dedicated footswitch and finely adjusted with independent Gain, Tone, and Level controls.
This allows you to create a drive sound with prominent high frequencies, perfect for lead playing, with Engine A, and a thick, heavy distortion sound with Engine B.

The true value of Pugilist V2 lies in its Path switch, which allows you to operate the two distortion engines with three different signal paths.
Each engine influences the others, producing rich harmonics and resulting in a wide range of distortion sounds.

The two Series modes allow you to stack drive sounds by sending one distortion circuit to the other, as if layering amplifier channels.
Simply by stepping on the footswitch, you can switch to an even more intense cascade distortion.

In Parallel mode, on the other hand, the two distortion engines operate in parallel, and the blend balance can be adjusted using the Level control for each.
It allows you to create an ideal distortion sound that combines clarity and depth, enabling deeper tone shaping.

Furthermore, it features a global Mid Cut switch and a Bass Boost switch, allowing for quick changes to the sound character.
Other features include a buffered bypass/true bypass switch and a MultiSwitch-compatible footswitch that supports momentary/latch operation.
Combining the overwhelming high-gain sound produced by two constantly competing distortion circuits with modern convenience, the Pugilist V2 is a powerful distortion pedal that fits into any pedalboard.

Many products are stocked across Ikebe stores in Japan. As a result, shipment may take several days. In-store sales may also cause items to sell out. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you promptly; in that case, the order will be canceled and any payment will be refunded.

■ Shipping

We ship via FedEx. Shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and confirmed at the time of dispatch.
