Description
The Road Series "Retro" model offers the traditional Martin style with modern playability.

The D-10E Retro is an all-solid wood electric-acoustic guitar that delivers the rich volume, powerful bass, and well-balanced sound characteristic of a dreadnought. It features a solid spruce top and solid sapele back and sides, combined with scalloped X-bracing to produce a dynamic sound with clear highs and rich lows.

The exterior features classic design elements reminiscent of the vintage D-18, such as an aged toner-finished top and open-gear tuners. While strongly inheriting the atmosphere of vintage Martins, it seamlessly blends modern practicality at a high level.
The neck features a Performing Artist profile and a High Performance Taper. The neck shape offers an exquisite grip—neither too thin nor too thick—making it easy to hold and enabling smooth fingering. It accommodates a wide range of playing styles, from strumming to fingerstyle. It also supports smooth fingering from low chords to high positions.

The guitar features the Martin E1 pickup system. In addition to volume, tone, and phase controls, it also has a built-in tuner inside the soundhole, making it highly practical for live performances and recordings.

This guitar is perfect as your first Martin, but it also excels in serious stage use and home recording, combining tradition and practicality!

Many products are stocked across Ikebe stores in Japan. As a result, shipment may take several days. In-store sales may also cause items to sell out. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you promptly; in that case, the order will be canceled and any payment will be refunded.

■ Shipping

We ship via FedEx. Shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit.
