Description

Bargain second-hand items now in stock.

We have a high-quality CS Precision Bass from 2018, crafted in Journeyman Relic finish with numerous weather-checked sections. Its motif is the 1959 model, just before the often-recognized '60s specs were adopted, featuring flat-pole split-coil pickups and a gold anodized pickguard, a style beloved by die-hard fans. Historically, this was also the last year that the single-piece maple neck was produced.

This instrument features a white-blonde finish and a carefully selected alder body with two center pieces. While the midrange is central, each frequency range resonates with exceptional speed. The neck grip is reminiscent of the 1960s, with a quarter-sawn maple neck featuring a slightly thin C-shape. The 9.5-radius rosewood fingerboard and 6105 (narrow-tall) frets provide excellent playability. In terms of details, the instrument's countless scale-like weather-checked finishes are a real eye-catcher. Like a leather accessory, this instrument offers the joy of developing with use and care.

Although the paint on the back of the body has peeled and the buckle marks appear to be signs of age-related damage, they do not detract from the guitar's appearance and in fact seem to enhance its character. Of course, there are no operational issues, such as remaining truss rod or frets, making this a guitar that you can enjoy for many years to come. This is a popular model from the late 1950s. Don't miss this opportunity!
