DARKRAY, a popular Musicman brand, now has a 5-string model from the Sterling brand!
Designed in collaboration with Darkglass Electronics, the world-renowned bass accessory manufacturer, the DarkRay has already received acclaim under the Musicman brand and is now finally available under the Sterling brand. This instrument features a new 2-band EQ preamp, specially designed for the DarkRay by Darkglass, the same company that makes it in the USA. This preamp offers three selectable modes: Clean, Alpha (Distortion), and Omega (Fuzz), each with a distinctive and useful sound. These circuits can be mixed with the onboard Gain knob and Blend control to tailor the sound to your taste. Experience stunning clean tones, subtle gain, and brutal fuzz tones without sacrificing low frequencies. The bright LED ring and 3-way lever switch indicate which mode is selected. Special features include alnico humbucking pickups, a durable roasted maple neck, a comfort-contoured body, an ebony fingerboard, and the familiar 3+1 headstock.

We ship via FedEx. Shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit.
