The drumhead rests flat on the shell edge, increasing contact between the head and shell and enhancing shell vibration, maximizing the resonance of the shell body from the drum.
The result is a stronger, deeper base pitch, with significantly increased tuning stability and range.
-Sonic Saver Hoops-
Sonic Saver hoops bridge the gap between flanged and die-cast hoops.
The unique shaping process creates a profile that reduces stick wear and dramatically improves rim shot response and feel.
Significantly lighter than conventional die-cast hoops, they do not impede the shell's vibration, resulting in a more natural percussive sound and significantly improved resonance, resulting in a stronger, deeper base pitch and significantly greater tuning stability and range.

The elegant design of the Black Panther rug has been refined by the Design Lab to become the new Master Tune rug.
A true "locking tune lug," the Master Tune Lug features a small body to minimize metal-to-wood contact.
