Description
We have a recommended pre-owned 2019 Custom Shop Historic Collection 1957 Les Paul Junior Singlecut VOS in stock! This is a masterpiece that produces a powerful sound! It comes in the classic TV Yellow color!
Gibson Custom Shop was established in 1984 to create the finest electric guitars and basses using high-quality manufacturing techniques, an insatiable spirit of inquiry, and carefully selected materials cultivated over many years. The Custom Shop lineup, still built using traditional handcrafting methods and a thorough knowledge of vintage instruments, is unrivaled in its exquisite craftsmanship, and is sure to become the ultimate beloved instrument that will endlessly inspire the player's innermost inspiration.
This is a 1957 Les Paul Junior Single Cut with a single cutaway.
This is a 1957 model with a single cutaway shape.
The fat-shaped neck and single cutaway made of carefully selected solid mahogany create a pleasant vibration that reaches your left hand and stomach, stimulating your brain! It's not just a simple solid sound, but a thick, rich sound with overtones, even though it's a single coil!
The classic Single Cut design and rich resonance are sure to inspire you, and the thick neck profile provides a satisfying grip and produces a fat, direct tone.
This model is loved by a wide range of musicians, from legendary guitarists to vocal guitarists and technical soloists, and is truly a versatile style.
The pickup that produces this rich body resonance is a single Custom Soapbar P90. Unlike the regular line of pickups, this tightly tuned P90 single coil produces a moderately mellow, crisp tone with excellent bite. The wraparound bridge adds a rich, airy, lively resonance and a unique tension that almost blends the player and the guitar body together, reducing harsh treble and outputting a pleasant bite.
The controls are 1Voltage and 1Tone, each equipped with a paper oil capacitor. The volume curve responds quickly, with the gain declining around the 8th position, allowing you to freely adjust the sound from clean to driven with just a touch of the finger. The tone control retains a sense of attack up to the 5th position, allowing you to create the solid feel you desire.
Although it's a single coil, its sound is thicker than Fender models and more solid than a Les Paul Standard, making it a popular model among unique musicians. It's also lighter than a Les Paul Standard, making it a popular choice among songwriters. The stop bar bridge provides a direct, natural sound that contributes to the feel of crunch chords, and while it doesn't offer fine adjustments, its simplicity and ease of use are also key factors in its popularity!
The Les Paul Junior combines rock looks with incredible destructive power!
This model is extremely popular among practical musicians. I'm sure there are many people who have been looking for it!
Is it the sound of the Les Paul Junior that rock artists love? It's the sound! Its exquisite specs deliver a rich, satisfying tone without interfering with the vocals that are at the heart of music! The combination of a solid mahogany body with a tight, consistent tone and a rare P-90 pickup that combines both sharpness and depth makes it the perfect match for an era in which rock music demands a truly realistic, rich overdrive sound! You'll be able to fully enjoy the gutsy, clear, and realistic tone of a man!
The unique tension and direct sound of the Wraparound bar bridge are irresistible! It also contributes to the sense of unity in the chords when crunching, and while it doesn't offer fine adjustments, its simplicity and ease of use are also reasons for its popularity!
This time, we have a recommended used item in stock! It is made in 2019.
When the product arrived, the nuts were made of a different material, but have now been changed back to the original Delrin nuts.
There are some minor scratches, scratches from playing on the pickguard, dents on the cutaway, linear scratches on the top and back of the body, and some tarnish on parts, but overall it is in fair condition. None of these affect playability. It has been fully serviced and cleaned at our shop, so it's a recommended guitar that's ready to play right away.
The frets have been lightly filed and are ready to use. Approximately 85% of the frets remain.
The nut is also in good condition and can be used as is. As mentioned above, the nut was made of a different material when it arrived, but it has now been replaced with the original Delrin nut. The truss rod can also be adjusted normally without any problems.
The electrical system has been fully checked and there are no problems with operation.
It weighs approximately 3.26 kg. It is lightweight and well-balanced for easy use.
