Equipped with a CHARACTER knob that seamlessly changes the sound of the most famous and iconic fuzz pedals, this is a truly unique fuzz pedal. The classic fuzz tones played by legendary guitarists of yesteryear, whose performances are still talked about as masterpieces in the history of rock music, have become iconic for modern rock guitarists. Brian Wampler, CEO of Wampler Pedals, who is one of those who have been captivated by that sound, has been studying the unique tones of vintage fuzz pedals every day, and has created the "Velvet Fuzz," which is based on that classic sound and tone but is more user-friendly and adapted for modern times.

And now, Brian Wampler proudly presents his new "Cryptid Fuzz," a pedal unlike any other fuzz pedal, that allows you to seamlessly control the legendary sound character of each of the following: the "Fuzz Face," made famous by Jimi Hendrix's use and known for its fat, raw tone perfect for guitar solos, but also for its sparkling clean tone when the guitar's volume is turned down; the "Tone Bender," born in the UK in 1965, whose different versions still ignite the curiosity of fuzz enthusiasts; and the "Big Muff," a world-famous American fuzz synonym, characterized by its intense fuzz sound and roar.

Furthermore, by operating the various control knobs on this unit, the "Chime switch" which adjusts the brightness of the sound, and the "Tight switch" which selects the bass response, guitarists can create everything from classic fuzz sounds to unique and impactful modern fuzz sounds exactly as they envision them.

Many products are stocked across Ikebe stores in Japan. As a result, shipment may take several days. In-store sales may also cause items to sell out. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you promptly; in that case, the order will be canceled and any payment will be refunded.

■ Shipping

We ship via FedEx. Shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and confirmed at the time of dispatch.
