[We have a used Pearl Reference snare drum with an extra-thick 20-ply shell, which was sadly discontinued!]

A 20-ply (25mm) ultra-thick, powerful shell made from a mix of maple and birch.
＜Reference＞
The Reference snare drum has an ultra-thick composite shell with 14 plies of maple on the outside and 6 plies of birch on the inside, for a total of 20 plies, and is heavy-duty to balance the power and sound pressure of the Reference set.
However, it also features a sharp 45° bearing edge, which gives it excellent response with a sharp edge.
These models feature Mastercast hoops, the revolutionary Glide Lock strainer, and Ultra Sound Snappy (D-type).

We ship via FedEx. Shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit.
