Description
Modulus 6-string bass with carbon fiber neck

In the late 1970s, Geoff Gould invented graphite necks, which were greeted with a bang as a new material that revolutionized instrument construction. Modulus necks were subsequently adopted by many famous manufacturers, resulting in the creation of numerous classic instruments. Today, Modulus is known worldwide as the originator and byword for graphite necks, and its popularity remains unwavering.

This guitar features a lightweight, resonant swamp ash body, a 35-inch scale length graphite neck, a cocobolo fingerboard, EMG 45DC pickups, and an 18V-powered original 2-band EQ preamp.
The carbon neck and swamp ash provide stability and a tight, taut sound, combined with the wide range of EMG electronics, allowing you to enjoy comfortable, clear bass.

The condition is as follows: there are some dents and scratches in various places, some tarnish on the metal parts, and the clear coat has become cloudy on both sides of the neck end. The bridge appears to have been replaced (string spacing = 18mm).
This particular model is from a time before truss rods were available, and the neck currently has a slight bow, but with settings of approximately 2.5mm at the low B and approximately 1.8mm at the high C on the 12th fret, there are no signs of choking.
