This Signature Series snare drum was a top-of-the-line model in the 1980s, and was used in numerous recordings and live performances, becoming a model that drummers coveted.
Ferromanganese steel (an alloy of manganese and iron) is molded seamlessly.
Equipped with a thick die-cast hoop made in Germany, it boasts an impressive 12 tensions. The robust construction and precise tuning with minimal loss combine to produce a crisp attack and powerful shell resonance.
The full-surface parallel snare strainer provides a sensitive snare sound, with a clear response and absolute volume that is truly SONOR. Tuning to a low pitch produces a tone suitable for classic rock and ballads, while tuning to a high pitch produces an extremely tight and clear sound, ensuring versatility while packing powerful power.
This is a historic masterpiece that Sonor is proud of, and continues to reign as the king of the drum world with its ultra-heavy specs.

We ship via FedEx. Shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit.
