"Towards a new standard"
Many guitarists prefer to play through an actual guitar amp and cabinet, rather than through a wedge monitor via a PA system. This is because not only does the sound, but the feel of the performance is significantly different when using an actual amp, cabinet, and monitor speakers. This difference is particularly noticeable with low-cost monitor systems. Furthermore, the sound produced by capture systems such as the TONEX Tone Model and IR recordings is recorded using microphones placed very close to the guitar cabinet, which differs from the sound produced by an actual cabinet set up on stage.

For this reason, Tone Models monitored using on-stage wedge monitors or PA speakers tend to sound flat, harsh, and unbalanced, failing to fully reproduce the Tone Model's original, magical tone.

The TONEX Cab is a solution that overcomes the limitations of conventional FR speakers through its unique design and advanced DSP control. It will set a new standard for guitar cabinets, making it the perfect cabinet for TONEX's Tone Model and other capture systems and tone modelers.

"Realistic amp and cabinet feel and resonance"
The TONEX Cab features an AMP TONE control with a proprietary DSP algorithm that allows you to freely adjust the realistic amp feel and response, a feature that sets it apart from other FRFR speakers on the market today.

The AMP TONE control simultaneously controls the custom-designed Celestion 12-inch speaker and Lavoce 1-inch high-performance compression driver, providing the resonance and spaciousness required of a realistic cabinet. The TONEX Cab's real wood cabinet construction, combined with the AMP TONE control, delivers the rich resonance and lively response of a traditional amplifier, with the precision you expect from digital.

The TONEX Cab is the most compact 12-inch powered cabinet in its class. Its highly portable design allows for hassle-free transport to live venues and studios. Despite its compact size, it delivers power that exceeds its size: 350W RMS, 700W Peak. Advanced DSP control delivers realistic amp sound at any volume, with clear and punchy low frequencies and a maximum sound pressure level of 132dB SPL. For larger venues, you can link multiple cabinets using the XLR outputs to further expand the volume and sound.

"Compatible with all rigs"
The TONEX Cab was designed to maximize the rich tone, dynamics, and feel of the TONEX Tone Model, which is currently regarded as one of the best capture models on the market. Of course, it also works well with other digital amp simulators, adding power, clarity, and a rich three-dimensional feel to the sound, making live performances an exciting and immersive experience.

The TONEX Cab's built-in IR loader allows you to connect an analog preamp directly, or bypass the amp simulator's IR and let the TONEX Cab handle the IR processing. Additionally, the high-precision drivers are also ideal for acoustic guitars and other sound sources, allowing you to apply time-based effects with studio-quality clarity.

Equipped with 8 preset slots
The TONEX Cab lets you save your AMP TONE, 3-band EQ, and IR settings in eight preset slots, allowing you to quickly switch between them depending on the situation. These parameters can be controlled not only from the TONEX Cab itself, but also from a Mac or PC using the TONEX Cab Control software. Presets can be selected using the PRESET selector on the unit or via MIDI.

"Flexible sound creation for the stage"
TONEX Cab features a balanced output for sending signals to FOH, providing a variety of options for sound creation on stage at live music venues and other venues. The balanced output can also be switched between PRE and POST (before or after EQ and IR processing). Additionally, the AUX IN lets you monitor the band mix or jam while playing backing tracks through the TONEX Cab. Flexible routing options allow you to configure the TONEX Cab to suit any performance situation, from large gigs to small events.
