Description
Description
-Warlord Collection Snare Drums-
Spartan, Praetorian, Masai, Valkyrie, and Athenian... snare drums named after elite generals.
Its mission was to create a completely new snare drum that had never been seen before, and at the same time to create something special for players.
[KSS146 -Spartan-]
This model is made of 1mm thick stainless steel and features the double flange edge (RSE = Resonant Sound Edge) that was used in vintage snares.
This model combines the tight, firm sound that is unique to steel with the full, mellow resonance of a wood shell.
[Shells]
The Warlord Collection series features two types of wood shells and three types of metal shells, each with its own distinctive sound. All basic specifications are consistent except for the shell material, making this a lineup that clearly defines the sound character of each shell.
[RSE (Resonant Sound Edge)]
RSE (Resonant Sound Edge) is an original TAMA edge that is a modern version of the double flanged edge used on vintage snare drums from the 1920s.
While maintaining the tight, solid sound of a metal shell, it also achieves a mellow, full-bodied resonance, almost as if it were a wood shell (used in all metal shell models except the Praetorian).
[Warlord Collection lugs]
The Warlord Collection features original rugs that incorporate crystals from Swarovski, an internationally renowned company known for its unique manufacturing and cutting techniques.
The rugs for wood shells have a design that combines warmth and a sense of solidity centered around curves, while the rugs for metal shells have a bold design with clear contours centered around straight lines.
[Emblem]
The emblem, which can be said to be the symbol of the Warlord Collection, is a mysterious emblem that incorporates Swarovski crystals into its design, just like the lugs. The wood shell emblem uses jet black crystals that give off a deep shine, while the metal shell emblem uses black diamond crystals that give off a brilliant sparkle.
[Antique Black Nickel Hardware]
All parts mounted on the snare drum, such as the lugs and hoops, are finished in black nickel, and each one is carefully inked by hand to enhance the finish.
[Hi-Carbon Snappy Snare]
All Warlord Collection snare drums feature high-carbon snare and a newly developed, highly durable snare cord.
It responds quickly to even the most subtle phrasing, bringing out the expressive power of the snare drum even more.
