Description

Bourgeois Guitars, created by guitar maker Dana Bourgeois, is a top American guitar brand, alongside Collings and Santa Cruz.
The guitars are made using carefully selected materials, solid technical skills, and designs born from Dana's extensive experience, and they combine ``high precision as instruments'' with ``a rich, musical tone,'' earning them high praise from many musicians.

This instrument, the "S The Standard SD -Black Top-," is a sloped shoulder model reconstructed by Dana based on the 1940s style J-45.
Furthermore, this particular guitar is a special order with a black top finished in piano black, a fire stripe pickguard, and a beautiful Madagascar rosewood fingerboard.
It features a classic sloped shoulder body, Adirondack spruce top, mahogany back and sides, mahogany neck, and Madagascar rosewood wood materials.
The top and braces are treated with Beaujois' signature torrefied finish (aged tone), and are glued together with animal glue, resulting in a tone and playability that exudes a mellow, aged sound nuance.
Unlike the roughness of the typical J-45 style, the slope-shoulder body gives it a unique, rich, and punchy low range. In addition, the dense, penetrating mid-range that flies forward and the light nuances of the mahogany create a very pleasant sound. This is a wonderful guitar that allows you to enjoy a juicy, light mahogany tone even with a light touch.
The unique appeal of Beaujois is the feel of the instrument, where the sound leaps forward without the need for extra effort. It can produce beautiful sounds with both flat picking and finger picking.

Although it is a team-built product, it is no exaggeration to say that the quality is comparable to that of Luthier Made. It has evolved significantly from the Beaujois of the past, and even though it has become a top brand in the industry, you can still feel its determination to evolve.

This is an extremely rare model, with only a few units distributed domestically each year.
Please take this opportunity to try it out.
