The Martin Custom Shop is the pinnacle of modern Martin, where all products are handmade by around 20 skilled craftsmen, only the most skilled of whom are allowed to work in the vast factory.
The "Factory Promotion Order" is a custom shop model that can only be ordered at special prices and with special specifications by participating dealers in the Martin Factory Tour.
This popular project is not to be missed, as it allows you to create a custom model at a much more advantageous price than individual custom orders, thanks to specially calculated pricing and a method of selecting specifications from a set of pre-defined specifications.
This is Martin's top-of-the-line model, the gorgeous D-45!
This is a very sophisticated D-45 style with a delicate and beautiful torch logo, snowflake position mark inlays, woody core binding, and a sunburst amber tone finish with a distinctive pale color.
The top is made of premium-grade Sitka spruce with VTS (Vintage Tone System), the back and sides are made of beautifully figured premium-grade Indian rosewood, and the bracing is GE-style forward-shift scalloped, producing a full, open tone.
The thick and heavy low end, the sweet and delicate mid-range, and above all, the brilliant and complex blend of sparkling harmonic components in the high range that is unique to 45s create an exceptionally beautiful sound.
This particular guitar excels in its rich, sweet high-mids, offering exceptionally delicate and detailed nuances despite being a dreadnought. Thanks to its VTS-treated top, it has a soft, rounded, and gentle tone even when new.
You can enjoy the beautiful, endlessly extended sustain, as the instrument responds to your touch accurately, bringing out the player's nuances from pianissimo to fortissimo.
The pale amber tone recreates the style of the 1933 model, with a beautiful sunburst color that allows the wood grain to subtly show through. The fingerboard is crafted from solid black ebony, another exquisite material that perfectly accentuates the delicate texture of the snowflakes. The binding is made from beautiful flame core wood, which, combined with the amber tone color, creates a luxurious finish.
The tuners are Waverly gold pegs, which are suitable for a 45 in both practicality and looks.
