A complete reproduction of the famous FP720!

This is a reproduction of the FP720, a belt-drive foot pedal from the 1980s and 1990s that was highly praised by many drummers, including professional drummers, and which was sadly discontinued. We've carefully examined every last detail of the original model and recreated it as faithfully as possible.
While simple and lightweight, it features a long footboard, which was rare at the time. It offers speedy pedal action, a firm feel, and a powerful sound. It also features a side screw hoop clamp, providing excellent operability and power balance, making it a highly functional foot pedal.

1. Long Footboard/Connecting Rod The long footboard allows for powerful playing. The footboard is inserted into the base frame hole using a connecting rod. Removing the connecting rod allows for compact storage. This reduces weight, making it more convenient to transport.

2. High-Durability Nylon Belt: The highly durable nylon belt minimizes noise. The belt drive provides a simple and smooth feel that only a belt drive can offer. The continuous beater action—the attack on the striking surface and the subsequent rebound—allows for exquisite pedal work without being too sharp.

3. The cam shape allows the pedal to strike parallel to the striking surface. This design maximizes centrifugal force, allowing for powerful pedal work with minimal power loss.

4. Side-screw hoop clamp: The SB-1000 features a side-screw hoop clamp, preventing contact with the footboard even when fully depressed. By attaching the included rubber hoop clamp to the bass drum, you can rest assured that the bass drum hoop will not be damaged.

5. The original beater produces a powerful sound by fully contacting the beater surface parallel to the striking surface. The tip of the shaft is chamfered to create a flat shape, preventing the beater from coming off during play.

6. Angle Plate/Guide Roller: The beater angle can be adjusted in three stages. By fastening the screws at the front, middle, and rear, the angle can be adjusted by approximately 18 degrees. The bearings are fixed to the frame to control lateral movement. The large guide rollers ensure smooth power transmission during playing.
