Description

The Byzance Foundry Reserve series is a special selection of cymbals. MEINL's cymbal craftsmen have hammered in layers of tone and nuance to create works of art with a rich, musical sound. But that's only half the story; the unique hand-hammered marks add a visually stunning touch. Additional hammering creates multiple deep depressions in the surface, which, combined with full-length razing on both sides, produce a clear, dry stick attack and a rich, supporting bass.

＜Byzance Foundry Reserve China Ride 22＞
The China Ride has been added to the Byzance Foundry Reserve. Slightly heavier than the China Ride in the Jazz series, this Medium Thin cymbal features extensive hand-hammering for a priming and detailed razing throughout. As you'd expect from a China Ride, it offers a wide range of tones, from a soft open sound to a resonant, booming roar. Equipped with four evenly spaced rivets, it creates a soft sizzle when played legato and a long-lasting accent when crashed. This cymbal has a strong personality, allowing for creative possibilities, whether played face up or face down, and with mallets or sticks, depending on the drummer's taste.

We ship via FedEx. Shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit.
