＜Vintage Series＞
When you encounter vintage instruments, the past comes back to life. The warm character that can only be reproduced by a vacuum tube amplifier, the soft sound heard from a PVC LP record. Sonar Drums has also faced that era, shining a light on the appearance and feel of the stunning drums of the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s, and "transforming" them into a modern concept, resulting in the Sonar Vintage Series.

Premium German Beech Shell: Made with only the finest German beech wood, a material that Sonar has traditionally used. The 9-ply, 6mm shell is molded into a perfect cylinder using Sonar's proprietary "CLTF" construction method. This shell material and "rounded edge" from the 1950s are also reproduced.
*CLTF stands for Cross Laminated Tension Free. By alternatingly stacking and molding each layer that makes up the shell, we have achieved extremely low internal stress after molding.

●Super Profile Hoop: Pressed hoop with inner wrapping, "Super Profile" hoop. The logo is also engraved.

●"Super 50" Throw-Off Strainer A strainer with a vintage feel, featuring a smooth lever shape.

The lugs used in the teardrop kit have been faithfully recreated to their original specifications. The inside of the lugs is the latest model, with a built-in TuneSafe.

We ship via FedEx. Shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit.
