Description
Description
The bucket mute was developed by professional musician Mike Jarosz.
It has received high praise from many top players, including Wayne Bergeron and Roger Ingram.
We manufacture fiber cup mutes, aluminum and copper straights, wah-wahs, and more.
The Soulo Mute Cup Mute is an adjustable cup mute.
This mute is made from a specially formulated fiber composite material, much like the old Humes & Berg and Ray Robinson cup mutes.
Soulo Cup Mutes maintain the traditional "cup" sound, but unlike those vintage trumpet cup mutes, Soulo Cup Mutes offer improved pitch across the entire range.
It is also about half the weight of a typical metal adjustable cup mute.
Lightweight materials and an improved design minimize back pressure for a more free-flowing playing experience.
Additionally, the Soulo Cup Mute is extremely versatile and perfect for performance and sound recording.
The unique neoprene composite cork prevents it from falling off the bell.
Adjustable settings allow the trumpet player to blend into any trumpet section.
The cup can be removed and the mute can be used as a straight mute, which produces a softer sound than a metal mute.
