The Wolfgang USA Edward Van Halen Signature model is Eddie Van Halen's final signature model, delivering classic looks and epic sound.
The basswood body features a big leaf maple top and five-ply binding around the perimeter. The bolt-on quarter-sawn maple neck, manufactured to Eddie's exacting specifications, features graphite reinforcements and a hand-finished satin finish for smooth playability. The ebony fingerboard with a 12-16 inch compound radius is designed for comfortable playing, from chords to solos to bending notes, and features 22 vintage stainless steel jumbo frets. Its durability and durability minimizes fret wear, while its rust- and tarnish-resistant construction ensures maintenance-free operation. The heel cut at the body and neck joint makes playing in the upper register a breeze.
The bridge is equipped with a Floyd Rose Locking Tremolo system, ensuring accurate tuning and long sustain even with aggressive arm playing. The EVH D-Tuna allows you to switch to Drop-D tuning with a simple operation.

The guitar is equipped with two EVH Wolfgang Humbucker pickups, a custom-wound Alnico 2 in the bridge position and a custom-wound Alnico 3 in the neck position, with magnets for added tone control depending on position.
The pickup selector toggle switch is reversed, with the bridge pickup selected in the forward position. The red kill switch allows you to activate the stutter stop effect, similar to "You Really Got Me."
Thanks to the EVH high-friction tone pot and EVH HPU (High Performance Upgrade) custom low-friction volume pot, you can achieve the smooth volume control you hear on the Cathedral.
