The prestigious German brand Duesenberg has just released the Senior, an extremely simple model with a chambered body, no holes, and only one pickup!
The Senior features a simple look, featuring a chambered body without a hole, a rarity among Duesenberg models, and a single Split/King pickup with a classic Phonico cover. The Split King duo-coil pickup, also featured in the 25th model, delivers a practical sound character that differs from coil tap or split pickups by allowing individual single-coil pickups to be used individually or mixed. The bridge is an original wrap-around design, providing excellent tuning stability.
Every Duesenberg guitar and bass guitar is treated with another German ingenious: the "Plek" fret dressing machine, ensuring perfect fret height and shape. The frets are computer-cut to within 1/100th of a millimeter for each neck. The Plek system eliminates string buzz, giving your instrument a great feel and sound.
