★Musical equalizer

The museq stereo analog equalizer is constructed with the highest quality components, offering premium sound-shaping possibilities and optimized parameters, allowing users to achieve musical results easily and quickly. With a 5-band EQ, extensive gain range, and unique features, museq offers flexibility for any environment, from tracking to mixing. Furthermore, its 23-step knob allows for easy recall of settings when used on the mix bus or in mastering.

Both channels feature three parametric bands with two selectable Q widths. The two end bands are low- and high-shelving filters, which can be switched to low-cut and high-cut filters, respectively. In low-cut and high-cut modes, the resonance peak can be adjusted to prevent the cutoff frequency from sounding overly damped, allowing for sounds reminiscent of classic inductor circuits.

All five gain controls on each channel can be switched between boost and cut modes, making it easy to find problem areas and increasing gain resolution. Each channel also features a selectable switch that allows for powerful harmonic coloration, resulting in an EQ with two distinct sound characteristics. Generally, coloration is preferred for mixing, while a clean character is preferred for tracking, but this is of course entirely up to you.

The circuit design used in museq is entirely discrete analog. All signal processing is performed using single transistor elements always operating in Class A mode, and the design is entirely discrete, right down to the power supply. Oversized transformers, carefully selected capsule conductive plastic potentiometers, and special current feedback amplifiers are just a few of elysia's technical meticulous features. The combination of all these elements ensures that the clean and powerful sound character is not compromised, even when used at extreme settings.

●100% discrete analog
Based on elysia's design philosophy, all of the museq's audio circuits are Class A discrete circuits, and the design does not use any integrated circuits.

All filter stages are active, eliminating coupling capacitors and taking full advantage of a pure design approach – the basis for a truly musical EQ.

High-pass/low-pass filters with resonance
A very useful feature of museq is that the shelving filters at both ends can be switched into high-pass/low-pass filters with resonant peaks.

●Parallel filter design Thanks to a special circuit design, even when using high-pass/low-pass filters, there is absolutely no interference with the mid- or high-frequency parametric bands.

●Warm mode
museq features a second sound character that transforms the frequency spectrum, harmonics and transient characteristics and can be activated with a single switch.

●Museq boasts outstanding sound quality thanks to its pure and transparent circuit current feedback amplifier circuit and a pure filter stage design that does not use coupling capacitors.

Boost/Cut Mode: The boost/cut mode for each frequency band can be switched using a 23-step knob, providing twice the settable values of a standard -/0/+ knob.

●Selectable Q width You can choose between two Q factors for the filter Q: wide and narrow. The Q factor is not affected by the gain setting.

●Step type & stereo matching potentiometer
All museq knobs have 23 steps and have undergone a rigorous software selection process, so they are adjusted to match perfectly in stereo pairs.
