Description
The Black Angel DP234 is a passive magnetic soundhole pickup for acoustic guitar.
Installing the pickup is very easy; simply clamp it in place on both sides of the top plate from inside the sound hole.
A 3.5m cable is included for connecting the pickup directly to an external preamp or other device.
It also comes with a 50cm endpin jack cable/assembly, so it can also be used as an endpin jack.
The pole pieces can be adjusted in height using the included hex wrench, allowing you to adjust the volume balance of each string.
It features a very low noise magnetic humbucking structure and is equipped with a phase switch.
The phase switch is also ideal when used in conjunction with other systems such as piezo pickups or microphones.
The Black Angel DP234 is a model that offers a rich acoustic sound with a wide range from top to bottom.


One of our main goals was to develop a magnetic pickup that would reproduce the sound of an acoustic guitar faithfully.
Years of research, development, and analysis have shown that the most important thing for an acoustic pickup is that it sounds good.
To achieve this, acoustic guitar pickups need to pick up the entire range of the guitar without any gaps, from the bottom to the top. Feel is also important.
It is important to sense the dynamics of the right and left hands and respond instantly to the vibrations of the strings.
Using a pickup that can fulfill these roles gives players a great sense of satisfaction, and that's what The Black Angel delivers.
